SASA has playgrounds for Lawn-Tennis, Basket Ball, Volley-Ball, Badminton, Hockey, Skating and Football. Considering sports and games as integral part of human life, due importance is given to the well being of the students. We also have the facility of a twelve point Gymnasium.
The big Department of Physical Education with four faculty members, (two PGTs and TGTs) take care of the students’ sports activities for 24 hours.
Other than the above said games there is provision of table tennis, Gymnastics, Billiards, Shooting & Weight-Lifting etc. The swimming coaching is arranged at District Swimming pool.
Hockey being National game of India is given all first preference.

Academy has an Internationally reputed Bagpiper and Drum Band Team which is honored by the Govt. of
Punjab while inviting it for State level Functions. The Band Team has also to its credit the invitations from Abroad. This Band Team is a pride of Academy. The participation in Band Team enables a student to visit high officials in India and Aboard.
