THERE ARE SEPARATE HOSTELS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS.

The Academy provides hostel facility to the students on first-come-first serve basis.
The students once admitted as Boarders are not allowed to become Day-scholars in the mid of the session.

The minimum age to join the hostel is three plus. From Nursery to V standard the little students are provided lady caretakers to make then feel a mother touch while boarding and lodging as well as getting ready in the morning. Hostel is supervised by Chief Hostel Warden and House Wardens who live with the students for 24 hours. The boarders are given special classes in English to make their writing and speaking skills along with entertainment like indoor games, TV and DVD's.

FOOD AND MESSING |
|
The menu and the weekly dietary is pre-planned by the Student's Mess Committee and is approved by the Principal. The caloric value and the nutritive food balance is maintained by providing Milk, Butter, Cheese etc. (only Verka Milk & Milk Products are used). Fruits and fresh Vegetables and special diet is arranged on medical grounds. The School Mess caters for tea and biscuits or sandwiches at break time. The kitchen in-charge is responsible for wholesome cooking and efficient services of the food. Mess sanitation and etiquettes are duly checked by Academy Medical Supervisor and respective Wardens.

VISIT BY PARENTS |
- To enable the students to settle down quickly and properly the parents/guardians of newly admitted children (particularly boarders) are not permitted to visit their wards during the first 30 days.
- Parents and other authorised guardians of a boarder may visit him/her as scheduled below:

|
On first Saturday of every month between 9.00 am to 12 noon sharp. |
| V to VIII |
|
On second Saturday of every Month between 9.00 am to 12 noon sharp. |
| IX & X |
|
On third Saturday of every month between 9.00 to 12 noon sharp. |
| XI & XII |
|
On fourth Saturday of every month between 9.00 am to 12 noon sharp. |
|
NOTE: Parents/Authorised Guardians are not allowed to visit their wards other than the days and time detailed above. Telephonic communication between the students and parents is allowed only on days and time as stated above.
Telephonic Cummunication for NRI Students is allowed fortnightly from 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Sundays. |
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARENTS AND ACADEMY

| No verbal assurances made by the parents as well as Academy Authorities are honoured. All communication must be in Black and White (in written) and well recorded. |
NIGHT STAY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
|
| Parents and Guardians are not permitted to stay with children in the hostel. Institution does not provide such type of facility in this regard. |
VALUABLES AND CASH
|
| Students are not permitted to keep valuables like expensive wristwatches, jewelry, expensive clothes, electronic equipment, cell phones and cash with them. Found guilty for having such an item the student is fined Rs. 500/- per occasion and in such a case these unauthorised goods are not returned to the students rather are disposed off. |

Academy is closed for 10 or 11 Days (approx.) during Xmas holidays.
During these holidays the boarders are arranged to go on an educational tour for 4 or 5 Days and then they are permitted to go home for the rest of the holidays. |

LEAVE
|
| Students are not permitted to leave the campus without permission and may be granted leave for valid reasons only. Telephonic request for leave is not entertained. The parents/guardians are requested to apply for the leave (in-duplicate) on the prescribed Performa available in the Academy office on request, detailing the appropriate reason. Merely applying for leave does not mean sanction of leave. When the leave is sanctioned by the Principal/Director one copy of the Performa is to be submitted in the office and the first copy of the same taken by the parents may be submitted while reporting back. Not more than four days leave during an Academic year is allowed. In case of a boarding student, being absent without information, a fine of Rs. 100/- per day is charged. Being absent for more than a week causes a student strike off his/her name from the Academy Rolls. Re-admission is done on request to the Principal under Re-admission Rules. |
