COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARENTS AND ACADEMY

| No verbal assurances made by the parents as well as Academy Authorities are honored. All communication must be in Black and White (in written) and well recorded. |

NIGHT STAY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
|
| Parents and Guardians are not permitted to stay with children in the hostel. Institution does not provide such type of facility in this regard. |
| |
VALUABLES AND CASH
|
| Students are not permitted to keep valuables like expensive wristwatches, jewelery, expensive clothes, electronic equipment, cell phones and cash with them. Found guilty for having such an item the student is fined Rs. 500/- per incident and in such a case these unauthorised goods are not returned to the students rather are disposed off. |

ACADEMY UNIFORM
|
| There are two sets of Uniform called Green Set and Brown Set (these are readymade items available in Academy store or with some supplier at Roopnagar City against payment). Students are supposed to wear uniform all the week days. Uniform defaulters are Fined on regular basis. |

BAISAKHI TERM: April to June

SUMMER HOLIDAYS
|
For Day-scholars-from 1st June to 14th July.
For Hostellers-from 14th June to 14th July. |

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
|
Academy is closed for a week (approx.) during Xmas holidays.
During these holidays the boarders are arranged to go on a long educational tour. Others are permitted to go home. |

LEAVE
|
| Students are not permitted to leave the campus without permission. Students may however, be granted leave for valid reasons. Telephonic request for leave is not entertained. The parents/guardians are requested to apply for the leave (in-duplicate) on the prescribed Performa available in the Academy office on request, detailing the appropriate reason. Merely applying for leave does not mean sanction of leave. When the leave is sanctioned by the Principal/Director one copy of the Performa is to be submitted in the office and the other copy of the same taken by the parents may be submitted while reporting back. Not more than four days leave during an Academic year is allowed. In case of a boarding student, being absent without information, a fine of Rs. 100/- per day is charged. Being absent for more than a week causes a student strike off his/her name from the Academy Rolls. Re-admission is done on request to the Principal under Re-admission Rules. |

WITHDRAWAL OF A STUDENT
|
| Parents must give the Principal at least THREE MONTHS advance Notice, preferable by the Registered Post if they wish to withdraw their ward. However, Director/Principal has the right to ask for the withdrawal of any student from the Academy at any time without assigning any reason. |

| NOTE: The refundable material such as trunk, bedding etc. (Consumable items and stationary is not refunded) is to be collected within 7 days of leaving the Academy at the end of session on the date and time applied for and given by the Authorized person of the Academy. No request is entertained later on. |

EXPELLING OF A STUDENT
|
| Though the Academy tries its best to get all students on the right track of discipline and behavior but when some student keeps on spoiling the pious atmosphere of the Academy then he/she is expelled. In such a case, the student is not allowed to attend regular classes/stay at boarding house. The fee and funds deposited by parents/guardians of such a students are forfeited and are not refundable or adjustable in any case. |
| The refundable material such as Trunk, Bedding etc. is to be collected by the parents on the same day of sending the student home. |

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
|
| Transfer Certificates are issued to gentle students who follow the Rules and Regulations of the Academy. An application for the same is to be put up to the Principal before a week. To enable one to get the Transfer Certificate, all fee and funds of the session are to be deposited. |
