VISIT BY PARENTS |
- To enable the students to settle down quickly and properly the parents/guardians of newly admitted children (particularly boarders) are not permitted to visit their wards during the first 30 days until and unless they are send for:
- Parents and other authorised guardians of a boarder may visit him/her as scheduled below:

On first Saturday of every month between 9.00 am to 12 noon sharp. |
| V to VIII: |
|
On second Saturday of every Month between 9.00 am to 12 noon sharp. |
| IX & X: |
|
On third Saturday of every month between 9.00 to 12 noon sharp. |
| XI & XII: |
|
On fourth Saturday of every month between 9.00 am to 12 noon sharp. |

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARENTS AND ACADEMY |
| No verbal assurances made by the parents as well as Academy Authorities are honored. All communication must be in Black and White (in written) and well recorded. |

NIGHT STAY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS |
| Parents and Guardians are not permitted to stay with children in the hostel. Institution does not provide such type of facility in this regard. |
