A Inter School Declamation contest was organized by Saini Educational Trust at Saini Bhawan on October 26th, 2013 , in which about 10 schools from the District participated. The declamation contest was held in English and Punjabi. The topic for English Declamation was 'Sexual Harassment of women its reasons and remedies.' Ms. Kanupriya (XII) of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Academy secured Ist Position and Ms. Navjot Kaur (XII) bagged the consolation prize. The topic for Punjabi Declamation was 'Baccheya Wich Wad rahi Anusashanhinta.' Ms. Harpreet Kaur (XII) bagged Ist Position and Ms. Mansi Ohri (IX) bagged 2nd position.
