INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATIONS IN SAHIBZADA AJIT SINGH ACADEMY (SASA), RUPNAGAR, PUNJAB

Special yoga camp was held under the guidance of ANO Harish Kumar of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Academy (SASA), Rupnagar, Punjab and the series of Asanas and pranayamas were performed enthuastically, vigorously and voluntarily by our respective NCC students in our school. June 21, 2017 was celebrated with fervour and overwhelming response was given by the students. The day was observed with performance of various Yoga events to mark the International Yoga Day special. It gave the students zeal to live. The Principal Mr. Rajan Chopra awared the students saying that yoga can lead to a calm life and give mental fitness. The Director Mr. Sukhjinder Singh addressed the students and said, "Yoga is a science and in the present stressful life, everyone should adopt Yoga activities in their daily routine".
